Chocolate Chip Cookies
75g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips/drops or broken chocolate
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
- Heat oven to 180c
- Melt butter in a bowl, then add the sugars and mix
- Add egg and mix to combine.
- Add chocolate bits
- Add flour and baking powder and mix
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray
- Bake approx. 10-15mins or until slightly browned.
